We partner with schools and settings to help every child feel safe, settled and ready to learn. Difficult experiences, anxiety and unmet emotional needs can show up in the classroom as behaviour, withdrawal or difficulty concentrating. We work alongside staff to understand what lies beneath, and to build trauma-informed, attachment-aware practice across the whole school.
Our support ranges from direct help for individual pupils to reflective support and training for staff, and can be shaped around your school's priorities and budget. We aim to build capacity within your team, not just to step in and step out.
Ways we can work together
- Reflective Supervision — supported reflection for staff and teams.
- Consultancy — advice on whole-school approaches and individual pupils.
- Therapy support — therapeutic help for pupils in school.
- Staff check-in wellbeing sessions — space for staff wellbeing.
- Parenting workshops for your families.
- Training on anxiety, building resilience for staff, FASD and an introduction to attachment and trauma.
