What they said about us

Feedback from the families, young people and professionals we work with.

Feedback is central to how we grow. We are committed to listening to the people who use our services and to those who work alongside us, so that we can keep improving the support we offer.

The feedback we gather

We regularly invite reflections from across our community:

  • Families and carers — on how supported they felt and what changed for their child.
  • Children and young people — shared in ways that suit their age and confidence, so their voice shapes their own therapy.
  • Schools and settings — on how our work fitted alongside classroom life and pastoral care.
  • Referrers and partners — on communication, timeliness and outcomes.

How feedback shapes our service

What we hear is not left on a shelf. Feedback helps us refine how sessions are delivered, how we communicate with families, and how we design and prioritise our funded places. Where something has not worked well, we want to know, because it helps us put things right and do better for the next family.

Share your experience

If we have supported you, your child or your setting, we would be grateful to hear your thoughts — positive reflections and constructive concerns are equally welcome. You can write to us at hello@origamiwings.org.

If you need to raise a concern more formally, our compliments and complaints policy explains how to do so and what you can expect from us in return.
