Parenting is one of the most important jobs there is, and none of us should have to do it alone. Our parenting support offers practical, compassionate guidance to help you understand your child's needs and feel more confident in your role.
Who it is for
This support is for parents and carers who want help navigating challenging behaviour, big emotions, family change, or the effects of difficult experiences on their child. It can stand alone or work alongside a child's own therapy.
What sessions look like
Working with an experienced practitioner, you will have space to reflect on what is happening at home and to think together about what might help. Sessions are warm and non-judgemental, focusing on your family's strengths as well as its challenges, and offering strategies you can try in everyday life.
How it helps
- A clearer understanding of what lies beneath your child's behaviour.
- Practical, trauma-informed strategies for the home.
- Stronger, calmer relationships within the family.
- Greater confidence and less isolation for you.
